This great hotel is directly across the street from Greater Twin Cities United Way so no long walks in the cold weather.  They will guarantee the price and a room until January 3 and after that they let the rooms go to the public, so no guarantee. Be sure to let them know you are with the United Way and are in our block of rooms.
